Highly skilled bra fitting ladies and they do their work really well. I have not visited any mastectomy store in Toronto that have treated me with this level of expertise and patience as my fitter Genia did at GraceMd. What I know is they are no time wasters. Ester.

Absolutely horrible. Out of 3 products - 2 products were substitutes and one didn't fit. And, then they said it was my error for it not fitting. They should know how to substitute products if they have experience with the fit of different brands. There is a huge difference. They refuse to clarify their return policy just keep redirecting me to their website. Customer service is really unacceptable. Worst experience. Will never shop or recommend this company.

Extremely bad service. As we walked in the lady at reception was in the phone with Air Canada trying to book a flight for her son. We waited for 15 minutes before we got her to “help” us (and that’s only trying to put it in a nice way) wasn’t much help really. She only got off the phone because her husband or whoever walked in and took over her booking. Rude and unprofessional. Would definitely not recommend.

Great customer service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that I got my order on time. Great quality products.

Not a very nice place. The lady in the reception did not help at all. Very expensive products. We found bra for prothesis six times cheaper in other places, with fitting included. Not the attention that you want to receive after experiencing a mastectomy.

Follow up service is great too. In my original review I stated that My bras were a bit snug. On reading that, Genia sent me extensions for both my bras, arriving not long after she called and told me her intentions. Now they will fit much better! Thank you very much Genia.

GraceMd Mastectomy staff that attended to me is very compassionate and all their staff are so kind and my spirit was uplifted. Thank you again Grace.

Such an amazing experience. Both owners were extremely professional, patient, gracious and respectful. Even though the insurance company kept giving us problems, they went above and beyond to help solve the problem. I have nothing but warm wishes for them and am so pleased with the level of service we received here. We highly recommend Grace MD - thank you so much for all your help!

Excellent and compassionate fit specialist at GraceMd Mastectomy store. She understood, my feeling, and knew what she was doing. She did not let me leave until she was satisfied with my fitting.They are really great, I left there looking my self again. And GraceMd prices are very reasonable.My fit specialist even helped me process my Ontario Disability plan benefit,so I didn't pay for prosthesis and mastectomy bras.
