    The tech arrived at our home and upon diagnosis of the problem only recommended what we needed and nothing more. An incredibly honest, competent and affable technician and the truck was so organized I could have eaten out of it. We will certainly call him for any more lock issues around our home.

    Accidentally locked myself out of daughters home. I was calling from a neighbours, and waited an hour for these people to come. It took less than TWO minutes to unlock the door, fortunately with no damage. He charged me $250 PLUS tax for a grand total of $293.80. I have since done some research and hear that I should not have paid more than $150...much more reasonable. I would absolutely not recommend them...I believe they took advantage of me.
