This store does have a fair collection of bedding - but that's where the store's pluses stop. In terms of customer service, this is one of the worst stores i have come across. I bought 2 sheet sets - one of them being on sale. When I tried to return it - less than 5 days after purchasing it because it had a grotesque print which was cleverly concealed in the packing (the receipt says returns accepted for 15 days) - I was told it was a final sale. No where was it mentioned on any sign when I bought the sheets that it was final sale - nor was it stamped on the receipt. The amazing part was the store rep argued with me and pretty much told me "sorry I wont take it back". No response to the fact that the receipt says 15 days or that there's no "final sale" sign anywhere. Also, supposedly everything in this store is always on sale which makes one think what the real value of goods is anyway. I will stick to the Bay or Sears in the future. At least with them I know the corporate policy. This store is never getting any of my business ever again and I highly recommend you to save yourself some headache and avoid them. All is well - till you have a problem with the product and boy will they be rude then.
