Dont drop your sick pet off at parking lot. I always have to wait 15-20 mins after visit to get the bill. when dropping my sick bird I gave them my credit card and asked them not have my scared pet just waiting around after. they called me to tell me they cut my birds tongue. omg its the third time they have done this and then have my poor little bird waiting 25 mins before they bring him out. I tried to go by the door and ask the girl with funny colored hair was absolutely abusive and the vet

Rabbit savy vet. Very caring and reasonably priced. Great hours. Took my rabbit to get spayed here. Surgery went very well and my bunny recovered fast. Will be my go-to vet from now on. Highly recommend this clinic to bunny owners.

    I was exceptional...

I was exceptionally disappointed by the lack of information the receptionist had when I called the clinic. In trying to determine which Avian Vet to use, I wanted to know the cost for an exam and the price for the drug (normally $8.95 for 10ml) my budgie needed to treat scaley face, as Vets set their own pricing for the same service. I was not willing to pay $87 +hst plus an undetermined price for the RX, for a $10 budgie. $120 for 5 minutes is simply far too expensive.
