Wow You Guys Weren't Lying, This Place Is Awesome!
So after reading that Adonis is the #1 restaurant in Oakville, I just had to try it for myself. Let me tell you I was not disappointed. Weird location in a residential neighborhood strip plaza but so good. As soon as you walk in the door you knew it was going to be good. The restaurant is very nicely decorated and laid out. It was nice and warm on a cool foggy night, the food smelled great and the staff were very friendly. Took the chicken schwarma in a pita and fries home and l probably didn't need the large schwarma. I'm still stuffed. Will definetley be back, this time with friends and to dine in!
The food was simply incredible. First time at adonis, and it was an amazing experience. We were celebrating our friend's birthday. The presentation of the food was simply beautiful and the waitresses made sure we were happy throughout the entire meal. Great service, great food, and great atmosphere. You can't ask for anything more. we topped our meal with their delicious homemade baklavas. Thank you team adonis for making it a wonderful experience.
Once upon a time, I was on a serious mission. I was searching for amazing middle eastern food that left me satisfied, nourished and didnt brake my itty bitty piggy bank. Alas, two years ago my search ended when i found Adonis. I just want to say that this place is fantabulous in every way. the food is on a different level, and the service is always super quick and friendly...so for those individuals who havnt been...your missing out...GO..GO NOW!!! and for anyone who has anything negative to say about that place...man nothing will ever make you happy... Simply the best mediterranean place around!!!
Its been twice slow service at lunch. we call an hour ahead for food and still we are served 15 minutes late. we dont get an hour for lunch. i wont recommend for lunch. find some better place if you have limited time. yes, go on weekend not on weekdays. Third time i was denied because i was there 15 minute before closing time. aha....lesson learned go at least an hour before. But do you really think i will go to place with so many strings attached? up to you...i am not going there again.
Multiple visits now, food is always good, atmosphere is great lunch or dinner time. Customer service is excellent ! They will get to know you if you go there many times, and treat you like a friend ! Cheers to good service !
Great place to go for Mediterranean food! The Chicken Shwarma's are amazing! There are unique ingredients that no other restaurants use so they have a unique flavour. Even the falafel in a pita is amazing...best falafel I've ever had...so crisp and flavourful! The prices are reasonable and the portions are large! The staff is amazing...close knit family which makes you feel welcome and like your eating in their home. The restaurant it's self isn’t really a unique atmosphere. I wish they used different finishes and furniture to make it more cozy and intimate. But I do love how you can see the food being prepared. Even getting take out for dinner is amazing because it's all fresh food...great alternative to pizza or Chineese! If you have a craving for Mediterranean food come here...don't go to the usual Mediterranean place…come here. My boyfriend and I love it and go all the time!!!
