The salesperson Claire was patient and very knowledgeable Excellent service in my opinion

Worst customer service experience. Still not resolved over a year after purchasing king size high end mattress from Sleep Country. My mattress delivery was a fiasco and my walls were damaged and the customer service was terrible. I was promised by head office a gift certificate to compensate me for the poor service. Over a year later and I have not received the gift certificate. My emails are not responded to by Sleep Country. I would not recommend Sleep Country Canada.

Purchased a new queen mattress And rigid box spring some 18 months ago. Delivery guys had no idea how to negotiate this to a second floor . Wall got damaged and the result was to reduce the bed to a double . These guys really do not know what they are doing.
