I contacted this company to get an estimate on regular landscape maintenance as well as giving our front yard a face lift. They didn't initially respond so I followed up by phone and they sent one of the owners to provide an estimate. He was a nice guy and said he will put a sketch together for the front landscape facelift and will send along with the quote as well as an estimate for regular maintenance. After several weeks of not seeing the estimates I followed up by phone and was promised it would be sent that same day. That didn't happen but several days after it finally reached my inbox. The estimates seemed fair when comparing to others and the one for the front yard face lift includes a sentence that refers to an attached sketch of what they have in mind for our yard. That's great but there was no attached sketch. I replied to the email to say that the sketch is missing and after one week I still had no response. I followed up by phone and the nice receptionist told me she would follow up with Jacob and would ensure he sends it over ASAP. A week later I still didn't have it. Another phone call and the same conversation with the same lady would result in the same promise and two weeks later I still didn't have it. So I made my last attempt to call them (normally I'm not that patient but I was referred to this company by a friend). This time I was told she thought Jacob had sent it but she put me on hold to see what's going on and when she came back she said he's been busy and will send it by the end of the week. I did not express my disappointment but this was my tipping point and I went with another company. It's been two months and the sketch hasn't come. Bad initial experience that may represent how they handle client enquiries once you start using then. My friend was not impressed with my experience.
