Claudette's Pools

I had them open my pool $180, they sent over 3 kids, dug a hole under my fence, didn't fill it in, discarded the leaves from my cover on my lawn, didn't remove the noodles I put in my jets for the winter...jammed the eye sockets in the jets, turned on the pump and cracked the filter, said it was like that,never returned my call, water spraying all over my pool house I guess that's how I ran my pool last year. Said they wouldn't charge $180 for pool opening so kind but wont repair my filter

Do not use this pool company

Horrible customer service, they dont answer the phone or call you back and the service tech came 5 hours after the scheduled appointment. I wasted a whole day sitting around waiting for him to come. When asked why he was late he didnt even respond and went on about looking at my problem with my pool.

Helpful In Store

After being to many pool stores for advice on closing my new pool, Adam was very helpful in helping me not only choose the products to buy, but explaining what they're for, how they work and how to apply them. He didn't try to push me into having the company open the pool for me, which was the case every other place i'd been, as if it's some top secret information pool guys don't want you to know. Adam also didn't make me feel like an idiot for asking to many questions. Highly recommended. Only problem i encountered is that the store is closed Victoria Day Monday: the day when most people open their pool.
