Exceeds my expectations every time

Very rude and insensitive with the clients. I couldn't believe how reckless he would talk about my problems. He stormed out of the room just after 2 minutes of talk and put us to pay $140.

Ten minute consult in which he didn't listen to my concerns, wrote something in his notes that he did not share with me, showed little interest in my concern and charged me $135. Then faxed a note to my dentist without telling me what he was doing. Is this normal treatment, or just a bad day?

Dr Fenwick is the very best! He's performed surgery on me in the past and done an exceptional job. Recently, I was referred to him to have a tooth extracted but during my consultation he decided that the tooth could probably be salvaged through some carefully executed fillings and he crafted a plan for my regular dentist to be able to save the tooth. He's always looking out for his patients best interest and is extremely thorough and professional. Thanks for the great work Doctor!

Had a horrible experience at this clinic. Dr. Fenwich was extremely rude the whole time, failed to explain what the problem was with my tooth, but did manage to charge me an exaggerated amount. He charged me and stormed out of the room, doesn't even say goodbye. This clinic wastes time by taking your blood pressure and records your height/weight but does not provide you with clear explanations. Also, scheduling an appointment is really bad as well. Avoid if at all possible.

Dr. Fenwick was agitated and rude and displayed no patience or empathy during my visit. This was a very difficult time for me and It was made even worse by Dr. Fenwick's lack of manners and understanding. The staff was rude and disinterested on the phone and in person. I guess having 2 clinics and the majority of the dental surgery referrals in the area has given them a licence to treat patients terribly.
