Meet the owner

Worlds Collide has been feeding the imaginations of avid comic book fans since 1998. From newbies, to casual readers, to very serious collectors, owner Tim Simms caters to comic book lovers of all degrees. One of the most rewarding aspects of running his store is when customers come back to rave about books that Tim has recommended. “I love comic books,” says Tim. “I sell other things as well, but my true passion lies in selling, stocking and recommending comic books. I truly believe that comic books are the greatest form of mass communication ever created.”

Tim takes great pride in operating an atypical comic book store. His customers come from all different backgrounds. “It’s not just your typical The Big Bang Theory types,” he says. Worlds Collide has one of the widest selections of graphic novels, about 90% more than Tim has seen in other stores.
