Called for parts to a 25 year old Sears tiller, They took the time to cross-reference the model with another, almost identical machine Sent me the manual so I could look up the parts I required. Much appreciated for the manual, as after several moves, I could no longer locate it. They had two of the three items in stock and the third I am still waiting for. I received the two items in the time line they indicated. So far, so good. I would definitely recommend this company.
Went into the store looking for a part for my snow thrower. The customer service rep. worked with me to identify the exact part number I needed. They had the part in stock (always nice). Took it home, installed it and now my snow thrower works like a charm!

walked in late afternoon and was looked after right away, these people know their stuff. Our 28SHO Ariens snowblower was ready for delivery next morning. It was filled with oil, checked,tested and ready for work. Pat gave me a rundown of the machine operation and features, helped load it and I was on my way.
