Very helpful and curdious, showed me what I needed and the price was very resendable. Will keep on going there for sure.

Our Miele vacuum stopped working. We have no repair services locally, but I found Peterborough Vacuum and took the vacuum in. The owner is very experienced and knowledgeable. He asked me to leave it so that he could have a look at the problem. Before I was able leave the parking lot he called and asked me to return to the store. He had been able to find and fix the problem. He did not charge me for the repair. He will be my go to person for future repairs or when we decide to replace our vacuum.

Best location for your vacuum needs. Camille is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Quick to share a story or two, he is customer focused and willing and very able to help out with all the products. This gem of a service is worth checking out.

We went to pick up a central vac, excellent service and my kids and I were wowed by the kindness of the store owner. We will definitely be back and recommend this place to family and friends (and my kids will never forget that it pays to be kind)!

The brand new vacuum I purchases from this store, lasted ten minutes before it overheated and quit. When I returned it to the store, the store keeper asked me if I had the receipt, I gave it to him, and went to the car to get the power head; when I returned the receipt had magical disappeared. He said that it runs fine, and that I did not know how to operate a vacuum, and he could not return my money because it ran for a minute before he unplugged it. Obviously he had similar complains.

THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! GO ANYWHERE BUT THIS PLACE!!!!

I drive from Cornwall to Peterborough to shop for their industrial supplies. They last me forever, and I have never had to return products, vacuums well-serviced, atmospheric place
