My first oil change there was 10 stars. For the second oil change it took 4 telephone calls ( and two weeks ), I was told to come in two days at 8:30 AM. After I drove 40 km and arrived on time, i was told that I have to leave my car and come in the afternoon to pick it up. The proprietor was aware (!) I cannot leave the car ( and would have to wait ). He send me home. He had suggested to go to Belleville and change my oil at Walmart....(??). Make your own conclusions.
