Took my Papillion...
Took my Papillion to Vanity Fur and I mentioned to the groomer that Fred was prone to clipper burn/rash and not to use the clippers on him. Well she did use the clippers, and 24 hours later he is still agitated running around, sitting and laying down. He is frantic trying to find relief. When she brought him out to me he was very agitated and I mentioned to her he shouldn't have clipped him, she became defensive and would listen to me. Otherwise she did a great job on him.
