Paid for a chimney cleaning and come home and there is a dead bird when I open the flute. That doesn’t seem to me to be properly cleaned. Contacted the company they could care a less. No apology, no offer to return and do the job properly. Certainly not a company interested in customer retention.

Always get a second opinion before going with these guys. Thats probably good advice for any HVAC work but Hooever overharges for parts and in my case wanted to install a very expensive part when all my gas fireplace needed was a thermocouple cleaning (2 minute job). Very friendly though, and quickly agreed to a refund when caught.

We had a major issue with the lack of heat in our home. I called Hoover's and was very happy with their service. The technician was friendly, on time and quick. Hoover's provided me with a quote that they stuck too. My house is now warm and I will call them again in thee future
