Canadian Tire General Store

Service department service is horrible. They left old oil in my car and did not replace gaskets and cap correctly. When I called to return the car I was promised that they would shampoo engine and redo the oil change while we watched. Upon arrival we were told that they could not do what was promised and only redid my oil change. Their reasoning was because there was a supervisor present. I also wrote a complaint with no reply to the store and head office. Very unprofessional!

Very helpful and friendly staff

Arrived at store 5:50 pm to buy an item. Store closed. Store hours on web site and sign Saturday open till 6:00pm. Called store customer service I got a pre recorded message that all the customer service operators were not available, helping customers. ????? Port Perry cdn tire store is a joke.

Terrible service ...

Terrible service on the automotive center. Was required to return three times for the same issue and chareged for service and parts each time. Was charged on parts that I did not even require to begin with. When trying to negotiate a deal, no deal to satisfy both parties could be made. I would stay away from this place if you want to save yourself some money and a headache.
