Guardian Weldrick Compounding Pharmacy

Have compounded prescription with 3 refills. Asked for and got total and out-of-pocket fees for original amount of prescription within 2 days. Spoke to insurance company and learned total fee = medication fee + compounding fee + dispensing fee, of which reimbursed 80% of medication fee. Then asked for fee breakdown of other 3 amounts. After 2 weeks, 5 calls + 2 emails, to 2 pharmacists and 1 staff member, was told that would get fees only after I committed to purchase. NOT HELPFUL!
