Extremely welcome...

Extremely welcome, friendly and patient workers. The place is always very neat and clean, also not to mention theyre amazing at highlighting and colouring hair. i also went for a haircut once or twice and was very satisfied with the results.

Less than professional service

I took my children there for haircut since we purchased a voucher. They use a TV that plays continuously to occupy the kids while they get their cuts. I found the service unprofessional and unfriendly. Requests and specifications for haircut were ignored. My daughter's hair came out very uneven and layered(our request was "no layering"). My 5-year old son was shampooed by a hairdressor who used overly hot water for a child. My son jumped because of the hot water - half his T-shirt was wet. He walked out the salon wet. There was no explanation, apology, or attempt to dry his clothes.
