    Excillent Experience...

    I am in the Canadian Armed Forces (outside the province) and visit Richmond, ON two to three times per year to spend my leave with my parents. I have rented solely from this company since my parents moved here from Niagara Falls. They have always had a vehicle available, picked me up and dropped me off at my parents home each trip, a lot of times without a reservation. I will continue to utilize there service when I come and refer anyone I know that requires a rental car or other vehicle. 2PPCLI

    AWFUL COMPANY AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!

    The WORST rental company EVER! Run. Absolutely terrible customer service I've ever received! We rented a vehicle not just for a week or weekend - for a few months. At the end, after paying SO much monthly for extra mileage and their insurance they slapped us with a huge bill at the end. IF you do rent from them - get your own insurance, ask for formal documentation. They base their claims on things they "told you". Do NOT recommend and will NEVER use again.
