Ron's Renovations

I will not recommend this guy to my worst enemy period! Hired him to install maxi vents on my roof and Ron screwed my roof so bad that it will leak. Have to hire another one to fix the mess he did on roof and ended up paying way more for fixing if I had hired someone better in first place. I can not imagine how can anyone destroys someone home like this.

BUTCHER!!!!! Ruined our marble bathroom tile by installing upside down, leaving gaping holes where water has been seeping ever since. Sealed only half of the marble...why, I do not know. Removed a wall of one bedroom to increase size of other bedroom. The ceiling where he removed the wall is completely cracked and gaping. Lastly, he ran our air conditioning on full blast while sanding drywall and seized up the unit.

The job took Weeks longer than it should have. Despite Ron dropping a worker off at my house everyday. Because he couldnt drive himself but anytime he needed supplies he had to wait for Ron to bring them. On what I thought was the last day I asked to settle the bill. I did and got a reciept. He said his guy would need about 2 hours the next day to finish. 2 weeks later he finally came to finish Ron said to settle the bill it would be $1000. I showed him the reciept and told him to leave.

I would recommend the workers that he has very highly. Having said that i would not recommend his business. His original quote was $3800. It ended up costing another two thousand dollars!! He kept saying cost override?? What is that?? We purchased the tiles and grout and shower doors as well as the vanity (which he did not install). We would have been ok with a slight increase in cost but almost half again??? Really!!

I recently hired Ron to renovate and modernize my basement apartment and couldn't be happier with the amaizing tile work he has done, it took a little longer than estimated but well worth the money I paid. After reading past reviews I must say I'm glad I went with my gut and took a chance on him ..the tile work is better than I imagined and I love love love my new jacuzzi tub and built in tv/radio with surround sound..Thanks Ron I'm so HAPPY!!

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY I have had a very bad experience. I won't even let him work in my house for free. Gave many attitudes and did a very, VERY poor job. Please save yourself the trouble and your money and not go here. Now i have to hire somebody else to fix his mistakes when I payed full price for it.

I was not happy with the service or workmanship. I'm pretty sure Ron hires people off the street to do the work for him. I had two different guys working at my place, neither one I wanted to leave alone in the house. The first guy clearly didn't know what he was doing so Ron fired him, the second guy seemed to have an idea, but I could have done a better job quicker. Then Ron tried to charge me extra because it took longer than expected. It wouldn't have if he hired competent employees.

Do not use this company to do your bathroom. The customer service is horrible. I do not recommend them at all.

Ron came to my house with just promises. He left my bathroom in a very bad shape. He does not know how to put tiles and pluming, but he said he was an expert. He also subcontract people who is not qualify for the job. Stay away from this company.

Beware

I received an estimate for $5000.from the contractor and assurances that he knew plumbing, tile work and window installation. The job came in 3 times more than quoted. The work was substandard and he left it dirty, messy, unfinished. Upon further investigation the work was substandard and new contractors had to be brought in to fix the Tile work, The Windows, finish painting and installation of fixtures that were not completed afterwards.. I would beware of this contractor. . He says he specializes in Tile work but the Tile work was terrible and also had to be repaired.
