    Very friendly and super helpful. Didn't try to take advantage of a widow who may not have known about cars (I hate typing it, but believe it or not it can still happen these days). He helped my mother with the most cost effective way to get her vehicle repaired, even during these tough economical times. He was honest and was truly out to help the customer.
