    This pharmacy lied..Went in today, the "nurse" was very short and rude in tone, told me due to my symptons, the doctor would not sign off on a note to return to work, told me I would need a covid test-not true at all. Called Md connected got cleared to return to work, after describing the same exact symptoms. Pharmacist said he has treated me good, and I have had alot of medical history over the last 2 years, all you do is fill my scripts (your job) my medical history has nothing to do with you.
