Excellent service. Polite techs and fantastic work. I got a new furnace installed amonth or so back and I still see the amazing work they have done.

Horrible service.They cancelled twice, didn't show up for a scheduled appointment,waited all day,no call. When contacted, numerous times, didn't seem to care. Go elsewhere.

The only reason I gave them a 1 is because there is no option to give a negative. My hot water heater broke on the Labour Day long weekend. I called Saucier on the Tuesday morning. They said they would have someone out on the Friday. On Thursday they called and said they would not be able to do an installation until Monday. Monday came and went no Saucier, no phone call. If you can't do the job be honest about it so I am not expecting a service that will not happen.
