Pls do not go to hairjoy. The worst salon, owner arrogant, dont speak english. Burned my hair. Color my hair then attend to 4 clients cutting, when washed my hair all breaks and fall off.i almost got bald! Everyday my hair falls. Terrible hairdresser Bonnie! All want money from customer but very poor low quality service.p

Cut my son’s ear and couldn’t even offer an apology and had the audacity to tell me i have to pay for the haircut

This place is horrible. The guy who was cutting my hair left in the middle of the haircut to chat with other customers and employees. He also rushed cutting my hair and didn't listen to my concerns. Overall the place is cheap but worth it.

To be honest, this experience was so horrible that I felt inclined to even create and account to write. Firstly, it is rather fair to say that in the past occurrences that I've had in this salon, I've been tolerant.I went on a busy day, and I could tell they were trying to get through everyone that my haircutter RUSHED my hair. I walked out of the store with some strands still untouched so I had to go back. They were also quite rude. The person cutting my hair kept aggressively pushing my head.

This place is terrible. I went today for a cut. The lady was rude. Did not speak English . There is old hair all over the place that needs to be swept up. I asked for a trim. And I said please do not cut it too short. She got out her elecrtic shaver and went to work. I will never go back.

This place is terrible. I went today for a bob cut and basically they did not give me what I wanted, the guy cutting my hair was rude and kept giving me attitude in front of the owner (a guy). He literally took 3 minutes to chop off my hair and give me a cut that it not even on both sides, not a bob cut and not a cut I would want to walk out in public with. Don't fall for their $8 deal, you are paying for a bad customer service and for a bad hair cut. I wish I can rate this 0 out of 5 stars but it wouldn't let me comment if I don't pick at least one star. Don't know how this saloon even has for 3 stars, unless if they owner rated his own saloon!. It's all disappointment, never going there again. And to top it off they never care about what you want, DONT EVEN WASTE A PENNY!!!
