June 2022, my 91 yr. old mother fell on the curb just outside Dr. Lau’s office sustaining an immense gash above her right eye. Bleeding profusely, she went into Dr. Lau’s office seeking first aid & emergency medical attention. Despite the bleeding & complaints about her pain from the fall, the receptionist & staff refused to attend to my mother’s injuries. She sustained 3 broken ribs, injuries to her heart & chest & concussion as well. Where is the humanity & professionalism of this clinic?
