They charged me for an engine air filter, but didn’t change my filter. They just left my old, dirty one in there. I would explain in detail, but character limit will not allow me to. It’s also strange how it costs $80 for an oil change at this location and only $60 at VP/O’Connor for the same vehicle, same oil. I’ve only been to this location twice. Utter disappointment both times. Fool me twice, shame on me, I suppose.

The last visit from me ever i went there for a oil chaange on a 2005 civic it cost me 81 dollars also they seen i had a temporary fix for my battery terminal they took it apart and didnt replace the bolt hoping i would break down and come back good thing i checked or i could be in some deep trouble if i hit the highway please dont go here support some honest hard working fairly priced mechanic shops at midland and lawrence beside the popeyes you will save money and keep the honest man working
