I bought 65 TV a week ago and today I unpacked it and it turns out it has a small crack on a screen at bottom left corner and few dead pixels upon closer inspection. I called up the store and they said they wont cover it under their 6 month warranty because they turned on the TV for me at the store when I bought it to make sure I was ok with it. I guess I didnt look thoroughly enough around the whole TV to make sure there were no cracks because I was sure nothing was wrong with TV. Now Im stuck

On Sat,Jan 19th 2019, I visited this shop after seeing there Facebook market place advert in heavy snow under -22c only to found rude behaviour of staff. I requested to see humdifier? After seeing I found item was used and had damaged packing. So I started looking other box and was about to open and staff said you cant open more box as it would difficult to repack for them and its just $15. I told, since you do not have return policy want to be sure before buy and he told me either buy or leave.

Glad to see these guys are growing. Nice and helping staff. Old man works there his name is MANI very easy going in negotiating prices. Recently i bought OLED its my 7th tv in 2 years all works great.

I bought a fridge here, within a week it stopped working. Brought it back to store, they swapped it out for a different one. Within a few weeks that stopped working too so hauled it in again - they repaired it. It stopped working AGAIN. At this point asked for a refund, he flat out refused to do anything. Will be filing a formal complaint. Stick to buying from the big companies, if theres a problem they will make it right. Not worth the risk shopping at these places, buyer beware.
