Drive Test County Fair Mall

Terrible service. Waited forty minutes while others were called ahead of me. The road tests (who are receiving their paperwork) were called ahead of me, even though I had been waiting longer. There was no signage or explanation that road tests were called before. The road tests didn’t sanitize their hands upon entrance of the building, nor was the pen sanitized between use. I had to request a cloth to clean the pen. I was frustrated and angry. There was one person working.
