me and my boyfriend went here last night. i ordered the chicken fingers and fries. when they brought the food out i said this dosen't look like there regular chicken fingers. i always had hot and great fingers there and these were cold and too saucy. they don't give u much fries and they keep changing them. service was okay. got 3 servers because we sat in the bar. it took 15mins to get our drinks and our server only had 4 tables. and then took 45mins for our food
Food is still good but what is with the small portions they are now serving? My 110 lb mother even finished her meal and she never does anywhere else.
Gave us a small silver cup with our fries in it. I dumped them on my plate and there were like 20 of them or so. Not like a big pile like they used to give.
Not coming back anytime soon.
Everytime I visit Jack Astors, it is always fabulous! They never disappoint! They are always accommodating, their food is always hot and the service is great! Its one of my most favorite places to stop in for a bite & a beer!
i love ... absolutely love the baja taco, though i sub in chicken for the shrimp. This is the tastiest thing on they;re menu and i have had it all for years LOL ... i have noticed some taste differences with various franchisee but the Fanshawe RD in London is awesmome and of course we love our usual servers. I was extremely disappointed with this. After I removed the aenemic lettuce (pale yellow), all I was left with was a few overdone shrimp, very fine green pepper and slices of red onion that overpowered the entire wrap.
After having said that, I would still return to this restaurant, as I have never been disappointed with anything about it before. Perhaps the Baja Wrap has to go!!!
I absolutely LOVE Jack Astors. The waiters/waitresses are always alot of fun. The food is usually very good (with the rare day it might be off). I try and go there at least once a month if not more. And the Elvis Booth rules!
If you're old and don't like noise, don't go. If you don't mind a rowdier more upbeat place then it's great! :)

They have a great menu and can satisfy whatever craving you have. The service is always great and the atmosphere is fun and welcoming. The prices are average. Out of all the restaurant chains around, this one is by far my favourite.
Our server was fantastic. She was funny, kind and incredibly prompt. We will definataly return to Jack Asstors and order anything that Sarah suggests. The new additions to the restaurant are amazing, highly recommend this place and of course this server.

The food was overall good, but my husband had the Portobello Steak special ($21,95) and was still hungry after that.
My meal, Thai Chicken Curry, was good, very spicy.
But I think a lot of MSG was used in the sauce, because the next day I had a splitting headache.
We will visit again, but try other things on the menu.
The place is just way too loud and the menu is very limited and the cost is too much. You do get good size portions and there is alot to look at and the food is not to bad but not one of my favourite places to eat
