    Binds not measured correctly. I called to complain that you could see into the living room. They came out to correct the bad job done but the track was not I measured properly so all he could do was shorten the piece, but you can still see into the house. Very bad job for people who are supposed to professional designers and installers. Would never recommend this company. GM

    Had our roller blinds installed on Tuesday of this week. What a great job from the start to finish. We had Anne come out and measure with great recommendations for keeping the sun out of the nursery, mounting the roller outside of the window rather than inside. This helped completely blackout the light coming in. We now can get a bit more rest. Thanks to these black out blinds :) !!! Clair D.

    Interiors by better shade recently put up shutters in our whole house, the decorators came out and were very helpful in suggesting a few different ways we could install and how to overcome getting the shutters to open up past our kitchen faucet. The price was way better ( no pun intended!) then any other place we received a quote from. Also they offer a decorator to come out for FREE not like these other companies that charge for it or secretly bake it into their price. Thank you!

    Honestly, one of the nicest and knowledgeable staff teams iv'e dealt with in many years. Let me tell you, they really know their stuff!. They knew and explained the different grades of leathers, the different color options, and the protection each leather has. We learned that the higher the grade of leather the more natural it is but it doesn't have very much stain capabilities, also that you can order 100% leather or leather with a leather match so we opted for a mid grade leather w leather ma

    Our friends just bought a new recliner and they told us they got it from 'Better Shades'. We checked out the store and to our surprise, THEY SELL FURNITURE! We bought a pair of matching recliners to complement our existing set in the living room. Had we known prior to this that they sold furniture we definitely would have bought from there. We checked the price comparison and we would have save $800.00 if we bought it from Better Shades!!!

    I'm not sure how they get any negative reviews, I guess like anywhere you have to take it with a grain of salt. Go in and see for yourself these people are friendly and knowledgeable beyond any store we had checked out, stark contrast to our visit to the brick,Ended up going to Interiors by Bettershades and purchased a Palliser reclining sectional w pillow top arms. Excellent shopping experience by people who really knew what they were talking about. We totally recommend and will certainly b bak

    We just had a black-out shade installed. Jesse, your installer did a great job! He had to drill through steel, concrete and plaster; was very friendly and thorough. Service from the time we placed the order to the installation was the best! We are new to the area and will definitely use your company for any future needs.

    Not a Happy Customer

    My first and last time dealing with this company. Roller Blinds were ordered and paid for over the phone without going to the store. Blinds were requested to be 69x72 custom cut blind.Drove 40 mins each way to pick up blinds and had a paid contractor installing and finishing in the room I was setting them up in. Blinds were cut incorrectly by a full inch and did not fit the inside mount. This company refused to deliver a replacement. Did not offer anything for my lost time and money, did not a

    Poor Initial Installation, poor customer service when trying to rectify the errors in the installation (got hung up on), took 6 month's to get shutters properly installed. Initial installation issues - Corners not lining up (big gaps) - Shutter doors not flush with the frames - Sticky opening and closing due to improper installation - Screw marks on all of the frames from installation. - One part of one of the frames was cracked 2nd installer was much better 6 month's later.

    I only wish I could give them no stars! I took my blind to have repaired,they never told me they would charge me a fee, the blind has a 10 yrs warranty on it. Picked it up, was kind of upset, cause they put a new cord on it, not even the same quality has before. tried to install it and they and installed the new parts on the wrong side of the blinds, so the room darkener was on the inside of the room.Called them and they said to bring it back in they would fix it,Not good service, by staff/owner
