    Law clerk is incompetent. Retained for closing a property. Didn’t respond to the lender’s lawyer in a timely fashion, sent documents at the last moment and then lied and BLAMED the lender’s lawyer. Closing was delayed for two days and there is still a list of outstanding issues, documented by email requests from the lender’s lawyer. Perhaps this individual is best suited for a different line of work.

    My mother used Ernie Cicchi, after her passing we learned that not only were his estate rates high, but he also didnt advise her properly. He betrayed our trust and handled himself poorly when we decided not to proceed with his services.

    I highly recommend

    Few lawyers take the time to adjust to their clients needs, but Ernie is a cut above. His laid back style of information and advise is refreshing on all matters dealing with real estate, wills, power of attorney's, and family law. I highly recommend Mr. Cicchi and his staff of excellent work at a fair price. Everyone I have recommended to see him are extremely satisfied, for the last 10 years.
