    Overview of Dr. Anderson: - Disrespectful - Argumentative - Humiliating - Doesn't care about patient's needs or concerns Overview of the office: - Hours are extremely inconvenient Dr. Anderson blamed me for my broken and bent retainer instead of poor glueing and inaccessible business hours. She told me I shouldn't have a top retainer and argued with me about its necessity. She called me irresponsible because I have ADHD which makes it difficult to remember to wear my removable top retainer.
