    New owners took o...

    New owners took over this year and moved it next to Duplicators. Big difference from previous owner. Great to deal with.

    info was left off...

    info was left off our signs. Had to have pieces made to fix it. All our sign were done incorrectly. The sign was bubbled. When we went to pay owner made mistake on bill. Refused corrected it. Ignored emails. Charge card company gave us the credit. Would never do business there again. Other reviewer is correct, she is far from professional.

    owner needs to be more professional

    Location: It is a hard to find place on Lorne Street which was time consuming. Pros: The employees does good work. I like the plate I got. It was a gold plastic plate with nice bold writing that is easy to read. The employees made it for me the same day. Cons: The price I was actually charged was almost double of what I was quoted. The owner needs to learn to be professional and less talkative. Don't stand too close to me and crowd me. Don't tell me about all of her personal problems. Don't tell me that your employees does good work but they are stupid & incompetent.
