    I would give this...

    I would give this less than one star but sadly that is not an option. This was the worst hair experience I have had. The hair dresser kept insisting on doing various things to my hair when all I wanted was a gloss treatment. He ended up giving me a treatment (that was a lot more expensive) that turned my hair blonde!!!! I didn't even want a color change. He ended up charging me full price and he only knocked off $20 despite being aware he messed up. He insisted in repairing it but I was not comfortable by that point. I had it repaired at another salon (who provided me with a discount, did a fantastic job in a short notice). I returned to Lookin Good and not only was the hairdresser who worked on me unprofessional, but the owner was even worse. She would not provide me with a refund and only gave me store credit WITH AN EXPIRY DATE! And products was not included. I wish I had read the other negative review before making a trip to that place. My first and definitely my last experience at this place.

    Terrible experien...

    Terrible experience; inexperienced stylists and an unforgivably rude owner. Very expensive lesson. Caution, do your homework! I found scathing reviews online as well as with the BBB. I have opened a complaint with the BBB. Services I rec'd: colour, cut & extensions. It was sincerely the most unpleasant experience I have ever had as a consumer.
