Saffire Blue

Horrible, Horrible company. I place and order in January 2024. After many followup, I finally got an email from them in March saying the items were not available and that they'll NEVER be back in stock. Instead of a REFUND, this awful company has offered a Store Credit. I am taking them to court. Avoid this company at all cost.

This company has zero customer service. We placed a very large order & they were quick to take our money but wouldnt respond to any inquiries about the unchanging status of our order. We requested a refund, also with no response. We had to contact Visa to report them after reading TONS of bad reviews. DO NOT place any orders through this company, they do not respond, or deliver. The phone number doesnt allow you to reach a real person and they dont respond via e-mail. Stay away from these guys.

Customer since 2013. Never had anything against Saffire Blue until today. Part of my order was back ordered for almost 2 months so I have asked 3 times for a refund. For one, bad customer service as each of those times, they were either sending it or they did not reply at all. Second, my last refund request they sent the package the next day, making that I now need to pay 20% for restocking fee should I need a refund as it has been sent.
