I recently had a wonderful experience with the Timmins Flower Shop. I called from out of town and wanted flowers along with a cake to be delivered at a particular time to my sister that lives in Porcupine. Tanya was excellent on the phone as she answered all my questions and assured me everything would be done to ensure it was delivered at that time. AND IT WAS :) Thank you so much for making this an awesome shopping experience.! Would definitely recommend.

What a great store. I always get the best level of service and quality. All the staff is wonderful to deal with, going out of their way to make sure everything is perfect.
Called to get information about an order placed on line. Person who answered the phone was rude and abrupt. I guess because they no longer have to many other flower shops for competition they can afford to lose customers. I will definitely no use them again and I will make sure anyone sending me flowers will not use them either. Customer service is totally lacking
From the order process thru to the delivery, the staff of Timmins Flower Shop not only met but, exceeded my expectations. The entire staff was friendly and answered my questions and concerns, without fail.
