I am totally satisfied with my new windows. The entire process from the very first introduction of the company to the completion of the installation of the windows was very pleasant and not taxing at all. Each step during the process was explained and a follow-up done to assure that we were eased and Had not questions. There was no pressure placed on me to purchase anything. To be honest had no intent to purchase any windows but the presentation regarding the quality of the windows sold me.
Totally satisfied with everyone in the process buying and installing my sliding doors and windows. The workers were very skilled and professional and the doors and windows look and work great. They doors came in on time. The install was completed when promised, on time. They cleaned up all debris. I have had a nightmare with the last two contractors at my house so this was a pleasure. I am a repeat customer with Gold Star Windows and I would recommend them.
I did get other quotes, and this company was about the same as another company. What sold me was the fact I got an assigned project manager who was fantastic. He came to my home a few times during my decision making process to discuss my questions and concerns. He also was very on top of things when it came to do the and was in constant communication with me as to progress. The crew was great - efficient and precise.

GoldStar replaced 20 windows in our home. They arrived on time and were very professional during their entire time in our house. As it happened, there was an 8 inch snow storm in the midst of this installation. There was no delay in their work schedule and they continued to work outside on high ladders installing second story windows! Very professional with meticulous attention to detail. I may advice them to anyone!

For a number of years,we've had an issue with windows. Condensation collected in between the two panes of glass so much that we were no longer able to see out of it! The whole process was extremely pleasant.Our new windows were special-ordered. A few days later,the office manager called proactively to schedule the installation. We got it on the calendar,the manager and his technicians came to do the job. The new windows look AWESOME.
I had my front door and windows replaced by GoldStar last year in June/July and the crew was very clean and did a splendid job. That is why I had them replace my sliding glass door now too. Again, they were very professional, on time , and did a very clean job. In addition I ordered some windows. I am very happy with the end results and would recommend them.

I had many windows and doors contractors over, and all but GoldStar Window representative recommended replacing the troubled 3 windows and 4 doors, with a proper estimates ranging. I did, spoke with Nick (very calm, casual, low-key, and friendly) who promised to send someone out to see what could be done with the. Installer did measurements quickly and professionally. Installation took place in a week and now our house looks very great!!
We did our windows with GoldStar. And all windows were installed very well, it looks as if it were an original part of the house and just looks great! Our favorite part of all. We actually had the window replacements done in two separate times because it fitted our schedule. After a few weeks, since we saw how great the new windows looked and at how well everything was done, we had to get them back to replace the other dozen windows.
The day of the job, installers called ahead prior to showing up and they were exactly on time, again much appreciated. The job took 2 days which was what representative Ilia estimated. Ninety percent was done the first day - the windows were installed and it was a relief to see the quality and thoroughness of work right away. The work area was covered for protection and I did not have to clean anything. The windows look great and I am very satisfied. I would definitely recommend them!
Ilia gave us a very reasonable quote, and called back a week later to confirm. Jan then came out and took measurements and gave us a realistic time-frame as to when the windows would be delivered. Installers were super professional and friendly and explained exactly what they were doing. Could not be happier with our windows. No air leaks, and our bedrooms hold their temperature, unlike before where it was as if we lived with a piece of paper for a window.

I have to say that I could not have been happier with the work GoldStar preformed and my dealings with them.Office manager called me to tell me the day they start the job.The crew installed all of the windows in just two days.I still don't know how that is possible. We have a 90 year old house with some older windows. We wanted to rejuvenate our home and make it young again. We strongly recommend GoldStar Window and its team for replacing windows in your house. They are respectful, professional, and detail oriented. The final cost matched Ilia’s original quote. The work was started on the scheduled date and was completed in two days. Jan was managing the installation most of the time, especially all difficult windows. A big part of the project was replacement of a full-wall living room window which needed to be demolished first. The team did an excellent job protecting furniture in the room and the rest of the house from dust and debris. The new windows were installed in November 2013. Since then our house feels warmer and quieter. We give grade “A” for quality of windows and quality of installation with no reservations.
