15 people disgusted with service

We experienced the worst service I can ever remember getting from a service business. 15 people drove 1 hour to enjoy an evening of karting and ended up going somewhere else. Their unwritten policies kept 2 adults from driving and although they did not appear to be busy, we were not able to participate for over 3 hours, which left us enough time for only one race. This would not have been so disappoitnting had we not called in advance to ensure that we knew their procedures and policies.We had also inquired about dining facilities and were told that we could eat in between racing as they had restaurants on site. The onsite bar was not suitable for 15 people to have dinner. We were going to stay for our one race, as we had driven such a long way, but the manager was extremely rude and unhelpful, unlike his manner on the phone, so we decided that this was not a place to spend an evening. This happened over a month ago and I am still disgusted enough to write a review.
