    WARNING! WARNING! WARNING! (September 8). This woman is a real piece of work. I got a formal complaint from the BBB for her to give me a refund for the poor service and not only has she defied this, she CALLED the POLICE and complained and I am not allowed to contact her any more and told if I showed up to get my refund I would be charged with trespassing. She is incredibly unprofessional, gave me a very very bad cut and colour which I have now had corrected by a professional. AVOID
