Blackberry Fixed but Late
I recently brought in my recently acquired (and used) blackberry 9000 to be fixed. The customer service was professional and helpful. I had been promised my phone would have been fixed (the price was quoted) in 2 business days. When I called to see the status of my phone I was told it would be ready the next day. When I called the following day I was told again that my phone would be ready the next day. Yes, there can be delays in delivery of parts but I think if you commit to a time frame and you're unable to meet that deadline the least you can do is attempt to call and update me on the status. For that reason I give a 4/5. I can't comment on the price as I have nothing else to compare it too but I will say that they kept to their initial estimate.
