Laptop battery wasn't fully charging. Best Buy said 2-3 weeks for $250, Canada Computers said $50 just for diagnostic. PC Shop just ordered a new battery for $90, arrived in 2 days and comp is working again.

I've dealt with Bill for the past couple of years. My family has bought three laptops there, as well as had repairs etc done to computers. Very honest, fast and the prices are fair.

I couldn't get memory that worked in my Dell PC anywhere else (the model has very specific specs; most RAM is incompatible). I'm glad that someone recommended PC Shop; the staff was willing to "go the extra mile" and they located exactly what I needed. Next time I need components, I'll go there first.

I bought a replacement CPU cooler and then later a power supply from these guys. In both transactions, they pointed to me to the exact product I needed and gave me some valuable installation tips. The products themselves were excellent quality and very competitively priced. In addition to parts, they also sell full systems, which I expect are also high quality and competitively priced. Great little shop that I'm happy to give repeat business to.
