Dan arrived on time and recommended the best options for cleaning and protecting my furniture in future and even offered some sound advice on whether or not it was worth it to clean my viscose area rug. Friendly, practical, quick and knowledgeable - would highly recommend.

Excellent, professional cleaning in my home
At the recommendation of a friend, I called Reliable in a panic. We had had a mishap at home and my living room carpet was a soggy mess. Stephen and his crew arrived the next day right on time, and removed all those ugly stains completely, without a trace. While they were there, I asked if they could also clean my bedroom carpet, the stairs and all my livingroom upholstery. Again, they did a wonderful job and my home is spotless. I had been planning to replace my sofa and loveseat this year, but now they look like new. Stephen even took my expensive oriental carpet to the shop for cleaning, returning it as promised the following week. I am SO pleased, and would not hesitate to recommend Reliable to my friends. I've marked the calendar to call them again next year.
We've had an ongoing situation with flooding in our basement following heavy rains and snow melts, but didn't know where it was coming from. Steve Benoit, owner of Reliable Carpet Care, was recommended by a leading carpet company, and he didn't disappoint. He came when he said he would, took note of the situation, and within a few days came by to do his job. The result is a new underpad with the old carpet re-installed, now steam cleaned and deodorized to the point where you'd never guess there had been any water damage. He also offered expertise on what we should do to repair the source of leakage. Having dealt with numerous contractors over the past few years, Steve impressed me with his expertise and his willingness to educate. His price was reasonable, and he came when he said he would. He works efficiently and effectively. I'd use him again, and I heartily recommend him.
Stephen is a very trustworthy, hardworking and conscientious person. I highly recommend him for a job well done! Top notch service from beginning to end. I experienced a flood and water damage and everything turned out beautifully.
