    Even one start is...

    Even one start is too much for the service they provide. I went to the pharmacy with a prescription from an the ENT ( ear,nose throat),specialist and they told me that they didn't have the medication and asked me to come back tomorrow to pick it up . I said alright, the next day I come back only to find out that they ordered the second refilled from my family doctor which had nothing to so with the prescription from the ENT. I am glad I checked. I told her this is not what the doctor prescribed me and that the prescription was from the ENT . She searched on the computer and she couldn't find that prescription.Finally she found the hard copy of the prescription and gave the correct medication the ENT prescribed.I'm niy goingto.go there , because the person who took the order did not even read the prescription ai gave her and assumed I was coming for a refiller. To me this not a human error but rather negligence. My bf also had was given a wrong medication from a previous prescriptionAs a result, we have both decided that we will never go back to this pharmacy. Their service is unethical and careless. You can't mess up with people prescriptions, this is something delicate.

    Horrible service ...

    Horrible service and staff. I spent hundred of dollars in this pharmacy including prescriptions. Their make up is expired as I keep buying mascara that is dry and old, and it happened several times already. I went over there today asking for an exchange despite not having a receipt because I bought the mascara a few weeks ago but only opened it 2 days ago. It was the same associate/manager who sold it to me as well and see my face in store all the time. Save your money and avoid this place.

    POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

    No stars!! The worst service ever!! I wrote on August 4 asking if they made a cream that I need for my skin,Well I called and wrote several times until I called again finally on August 12 to state that I really needed the price of the medication which A_____was working on for 8 days. Every time I called he had forgotten. Yet when I stated that I needed the medication, and would ask around , he became upset and told me that if I thought I was wasting my time, I could go elsewhere, of course it is a old hole-in -the -wall, With such abominable service, of course they will surely go bankrupt. I would NEVER even think of even calling these jokers ever again. This is not a business, it is a pastime. Find a Shoppers Drug Mart or other reliable pharmacy people..It looks cleaner and more organized outside, you bet it will be better behind the counter!!
