Horrible company. DO NOT purchase from this company as they take your money and you have to chase them to get your order or get a follow up. Worst company to buy from with extremely poor customer service. It will take over a month before you get a resolution, so don’t ever buy from this company!!!!

If i could give this 0 stars I would. I have been in the process of trying to return a straightener and the company has ghosted me completely. Stopped answering my emails, as well I have attempted calling the number provided, with no answer. I have left voicemails, emails, and even had other people call on my behalf during business hours. Nothing. Don’t waste your money on anything from their company.
