ROMANTICA COUTURE - HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
A friend of mine spent months looking for the perfect dress for her daughter's wedding and finally found it at this store in Vaughan/Woodbridge. She was thrilled and relieved to have finally found it. She put down a deposit and left it with them, along with some jewelry, to be held until closer to the wedding when she would return for alterations and pay the balance. She went back to finalize everything and was told by the owner that 'the dress is lost' and that 'someone must have stolen it'. Rather than reassuring her that they would do whatever it takes to find out what happened, they immediately suggested that she choose another dress. My friend was devastated as the dress could not be ordered nor was it located anywhere else. It's not surprising that the countless awful reviews of this pathetic store are all negative. It's a disgrace that it was the owner of the store that she dealt with. Talk about poor customer service - on a business that mainly thrives on word of mouth, especially in the bridal area, it seems this business has little to offer and everything to lose. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE - THE HORROR STORIES OF WHAT CUSTOMERS HAVE BEEN THROUGH SHOULD SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES!!!!
