A lady named lori RUINED my hair! She did hilights and she left lines at my root and didnt even get close to my root to cover it.i had to go back and get it fixed by another gir..lori butchered ny haircut aswell .i have been to other girls there who are great but this lady is NOT GOOD!

Girl didn't introduce herself. Girl didn't ask if I wanted any products in my hair before liberally applying some sort of mousse I suppose to help with my curls/waves. Then had the nerve to ask if I have ever thought of getting my curls straightened - said no. Never. Had the nerve of brushing my hair out & applying a gel so it was soft but straight, curling at the ends. What part of no didn't she comprehend? Went home & jumped in the showers to get rid the mousse. Not worth $30, worth $15
