    Bought hoop earrings here. They broke within one day. The lady at the counter was unfriendly and tried to tell me it’s how I put them in. I said I want my money back. She said that isn’t going to happen. What a complete and utter scam!

    I finally found a...

    I finally found a jewellery store that is excellent in Welland. Their goldsmith is very knowledgeable and explains what and why he chooses to repair any piece a certain way. The staff is courteous, professional and knowledgeable about jewellery and their merchandise. The jewellery there is very unique and they have a wide variety of styles.
