Read the review on line and I found the complet opposite.It took half an hour ,they found a nail in the tire. They were very courteous ,fast and he even checked the treed on tires ,let me know I did not need tires as last person who worked on my tire recommended.Over all I will be back again when I need help.

I called and purchased 4 new snow tires for my car and booked an appointment two weeks later for 2pm. I was at my appointment at 1:50pm. I was told after they took my keys that the wait time would be close to 2 hours for my appointment???? Ok I reluctantly agreed after not setting up a ride to back and forth to my appointment. All said and done it’s 4:50pm and still my car is not finished. Do yourself a favour and never book her for any services

Terrible unbelievable slow. Rude. Bvery disconcerting about customers. Never Again.

You get free balancing, rotation, flat repair, snow tire change over. BUT, you have to wait 2 hours every time you go there. So, it's not worth the aggravation. I have stopped going there after 30 years because of the long waits and exceptionally rude service.

We were exceptionally pleased with the courteous way which we were treated by staff. Our tire was fixed quickly and we were on our way. We would without reservation heartily recommend this business to our friends and family.
