Our goal is to provide a quality grooming experience for cats and dogs in an environment that is calm and quiet, using professional and up to date equipment and products. Our love and enjoyment of working with animals has motivated us to gain the knowledge and experience necessary to be efficient and effective in the safe and compassionate care of your valued pet. Note that cats and dogs are scheduled on separate days and since we are a one groomer shop, it is never a “crowd scene”. Purrfection Cat and Downtown Dog Grooming are the culmination of more than 11 years of Konnie’s experience in the world of pet grooming.     I have been bringing my 10 year old cat Squishy here for about 6 years now (since Konnie opened) and will not bring her to anyone else! She is a Persian who hates even looking at a brush or comb and she was horribly abused prior to me adopting her so grooming her is best left to the professional:) Prior to taking her to Konnie she had been to a few other groomers in Whitby and she would end up sick and have the runs afterwards!Never with Konnie & it's reassuring Konnie has her cat first-aid:)
