Service hours are undefined. Offices are typically closed early with no notice. For instance, today based on patient demand, the clinic was closed an hour early.

Unacceptable in all aspects

Had to wait almost 2 hours to see a doctor. The wait time was unacceptable. Other patients waiting were loud and annoying. No explanation for the long wait was given. Staff were unfriendly.

I went here several times at the brink of tears with a severe cough and throat swelling and the doctors basically laughed me out and made me feel like I was over exaggerating. Went to another clinic with experienced doctors and the first doctor I saw recommended a tonsillectomy. Never going back here.
